Hi, I'm Jo and I'm the host of the Shinybees Knitting and Yarn Podcast. This weekly podcast is like meeting your friends in the pub for a knit and a pint, to chat about yarn, knitting and anything else you might chat about in the pub! I've been recording this podcast for over 8 years now in multiple locations around the world.

The podcast is for those who like their knitting, comedy and yarn in equally large measures. I search out the best new products, yarns and patterns and share them with you, along with interviews with yarn dyers, yarn producers, small scale farmers and knitting pattern designers.

The internet can be a dark, lonely and miserable place, full of doom scrolling, crap cat videos and despair. Ok, maybe that's just Facebook.

Anyway, the Shinybees Podcast Club is an antidote to that. It's somewhere we can all gather together to meet new friends, talk about knitting, share ideas and discuss the show, without the ever present threat of some weirdo sharing rubbish in your timeline, or Zuckerberg stealing your very soul.

Without listeners, there would be no point podcasting and I definitely have the most awesome listeners on the whole internet.
